Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide quality service and respect both your time and ours. Please find below our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Cancellation from the client:

If you need to cancel your session, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled session.

Rescheduling sessions:

If you need to reschedule your session, contact us with as much notice as possible, and we will do our best to find a new date and time that fits your schedule.

Late comers:

A grace period of 15 minutes after the appointment start time will be granted. After this period, the session will be considered lost. It is important to note that late arrival minutes will be deducted from the total session time, and the session will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled time.

Cancellation by the practitioner:

If, for any reason, the practitioner must cancel the session, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and make every effort to reschedule the session at another time convenient for you.

There are no refunds for sessions attended:

We do not offer refunds for sessions held, regardless of whether they are interrupted or not. This is because our commitment is to provide a quality service and a space reserved specifically for you during the agreed time.
